I'm freezing cookie dough as we speak. I don't know much about freezing anything. Saying that my mom is not a freezer sounds weird but it's true, she doesn't freeze things. Hope I did it right, but...
How do I thaw it? Just take it out in the morning and bake in the evening?

keep it in the refrigerator to defrost if it's got eggs in it
