Squash Cannolis

salt, pepper, nutmeg or cinnamon to taste
lasagne noodles, any kind
butternut squash, pumpkin, or even cooked sweet potatoes
milk
container cottage cheese or Ricotta
handful hard cheese or Parmesan

You cook your noodles separately and your orange veggie separately. You make a roll up with the veggie inside of the noodle and place in a deep baking pan.

You put your cheeses on top of the noodles and then your milk and spices, and then you bake for about 30-45 minutes at 375 until done.

Eat hot. It's very different !!!!

Sounds interesting!
How do you roll up cannolis cm? Spread the veggie mixture over each lasagna noodle and then roll up?

Sounds interesting. Do you mash the squash? If not, how small do you cut it that it'll stay together?

Also, does it all gel together like a quiche? Or do you eat them as individual rollups?

(Do you have a preference for cottage cheese or ricotta?)
