anyone has the recipe for pina colada? I prefer with the alcohol or rum. can that be made in advance or has to be made right before serving? I like the one with the whip cream on top. just not sure how to make it. oh, also this is not the right place to post it but where can I find some soft romantic music online?
thanks for everyones help!

You can google pina colada, but I've never heard of one with cream in it.

You can buy coconut milk in a can in a well stocked kosher supermarket. (I think the one I usually buy is made by Roland.) White sugar is regular sugar (as opposed to brown, I guess). Yup, you'd ask for rum at the liqour store.

the topping/whip is used as a liquid in this recipe. it's not meant to be whipped. just blended with the rest of the ingredients to make it creamy (like milk)

why don't you add some whip to the top of each glass? (separate topping that's been whipped up.) that's probably what you had.
