I think half of the Hspanic world survives on rice and beans, so how can I make it into a tasty meal? thanks to all the Latinas out there.

There is a great recipe for black beans, I think maybe "Cuban" or something. It was a big hit when I made it... uh.... well, let's just say my 15 yo was a baby then.

If you cook black beans till they're soft, add corn, cilantro, lemon, tomato sauce, salt, etc... You can have a delicious black bean salsa to serve with rice.
Or just cook beans, mix with tomato salsa, put on rice, melt cheese on top, enjoy.
