are they not stopping to give dental insurance to employess? one of my dh's workmates recently gave in an application and was told that they are stopping to give dental insurance in January??

they are changing the plans.
Before we had Assurant. As of January we'll be on Delta.

I dont really have information on the dental issue youre asking - but I was just so excited to see a thread called "B&H Wives" I HAD to say hi !!! Smile

me again..... well I told my husband about your thread and he said (he works for Hershel Jacobawitz) that they are switching to Delta adding Vision Care and staying with Empire...

The major difference this year is that tehy are taking pre-tax money each week instead of once a month. My husband said if anyone has questions you can email a guy by the name of Avi Smith - Avis@bhphoto.com - he is the benefits manager..

I read on the web that B+H was being sued by ladies who said they were refused to move up, above being salesladies. What is going on with that case?

apparently only 1 of the 4 women were even employed with B&H. And she had only been hired a few months ago.
What I can't understand is anyone has the right to hire/fire as they please. Can't a person not decide to hire someone bec. they don't fit the qualifications? And you don't just get moved to where you want to. They need to decide that you do qualify for a position, and that the position is available.

My brother wants to go sue B&H for not making him the owner. lol

the entire lawsuit is untrue and false. the woman who was employed is a cashier from a temp agency who never asked to be a salesperson. Another woman interviewed but was not qualified. and the other 2 never even applied! and there are women on the sales floor.

As for hiring, I suggest calling Aaron Shindler extension: 2371
