hey! Im not sure if this is the right area for this but someone I know needs help from tomche shabbos and I was wondering if anyone knows how to apply or what she has to do to recieve help

also does anyone know the criteria she has to meet - like is there any paperwork involved?

I really dont know anyone I could ask so if anyone knows anything......it would be a great help
