there are times that I'm exhausted in the afternoon, early evening, and then get a "second wind" later on
seems our tiredness and wakefulness go in cycles

u may wanna drink some caffeine during the day, and then perhaps take a non addictive sleeping pill at night. do this for several days in a row to get ur body used to sleeping at night. also, calcium is supposed to be a good relaxant and I heard a natural supplement specialist say that it is best to take calcium 1-2 hours before u wanna fall asleep.
as for me, nothing induces an I=wanna-plop-into-bed mood like a cup (or 2 or 3) of wine!!! so imbibe and sleep, that's my method.

keeping regular hours definitely helps, I.e. going to bed and getting up the same time every day/night
also exercising
is the wine idea good for pregnant mothers? nursing mothers? any mothers?

A Hot salt bath or Jaccuzzi works wonders soak and relax for 45min and trust me you will want to go to sleep with jaccuzzi don't go for as long could be dangerous since you might get too relaxed.
Awesome One cup of wine I understand but 2 to 3..... unless you are talking about Lechayim cups umm!!!!!

one cup every once ina while will not hurt ya when preg. motek. My ob actually told me at one point cause of the insomnia that she would rather me drink half a cup of mine than a sleeping pill.

When I was in early labor my OB told me to have a glass of wine to relax. I told him that pregnant women can't drink alcohol, he laughed. He wanted me to try and get some rest. It was Purim so I guess it was in the spirit of the holiday cause my husband was drinking.

how big is my cup? how deep is my love? how huge is the ocean? how big is the world? hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm, and that's me BEFORE my imbibation!! b"h I dont need to drink every night in order for me to fall asleep. my kids and my busband and my office job all serve as alcoholic substitutes in the regard. but I like to drink wine, and I find that I do reasonably well (my own "UNBIASED" opinion, u understand) w/ up to 3 5-7 oz. cups.

how much is 15 oz of love? 15 oz of world? sometimes more than we can handle, and sometimes woefully not enuf.
