baked ziti is super easy.
Cook & drain ziti pasta.
dump into pot jar of marinara sauce, container cottage cheese & mozzarella cheese.
mix all together with ziti.
Pour into 9x13 pan. sprinkle more mozzarella on top & stick into oven until golden.

We make the same stuff for chanuka every year. Baked ziti, greek salad, caesar salad, latkes, bagels with spreads and of course doughnuts!

How long do you bake your salmon for usually? I think if you bake it for just 12 minutes, like most recipes suggest, it tastes perfect and this doesn't happen? I am not sure, bec the fat seeping only happened to me once.
Here is the recipe.

Basically, you just sprinkle the fish with dill, parsley, salt and pepper. Then make the sauce. Chill. Serve sauce alongside salmon.
The sauce makes this fish taste out of this world.

Mevater, I posted the fettuccini alfredo sauce recipe for you.
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....ccine
The sauce should be made fresh. I would cook the pasta the day before, and measure out the ingredients for the sauce, so that everything is ready and preparation right before the party is a snap.
Or prepare the alfredo sauce earlier in the day, and thin with milk when warming up, as suggested on bottom of recipe.

Salmon with garlic herb marinade I buy kens marinade and just pour it over the fish let it sit for a few minutes than bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and its great you can serve cold hot or room temp.
Another great dish is a cauliflower pasta it looks pretty and is a little healthy. You can also do bourekas or kiesh using frozen dough or pie shells. mini pizzas also look nice and are easy to do and you can even set it up and let people make their own ones at the party people really enjoy that

It just dawned on me; do you use Alaskan salmon by any chance?
