How long and at what temperature do I bake salmon for? ( It is going to be in a covered pan) I want it to fully cooked, but not over done...

Do you have to cover it?
I find that salmon fillet comes out best when baked uncovered, at 450, for 12-15 minutes (depending on size of slices.)

Then I'd say bake it covered for about 20-22 minutes

you don't want to overcook it. 15 or 20 min is plenty, until it flakes.
