You mix 2 3.4 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding with 2 1/2 cups soy milk or milk, and beat it, then add a container of beaten non dairy whipping cream or reg. whipping cream to it.
Arrange graham crackers in the bottom of a buttered or "margarined" pan, add a layer of the pudding mixture, and spread evenly. then add another layer of graham crackers, more pudding mixture and one morel layer of graham crackers.
Melt 3 ounces of good quality baking chocolate with 2/3 cup honey either on the stove or the microwave, and spread on top of the last layer. Put in the fridge for a few hours.
I make this all the time and everyone loves it! Enjoy!

It's so yummy! The only issue we have with it is that the topping is too honey(ey, ish?).
I've been trying to think of another way to do it, so if anyone has any ideas let me know

I've actually just reduced amount of honey to 1/2 cup and it worked.
