I took a bit of marg and melted it. I added in rosemary and pepper. I sliced 3 apples and lined the bottom of the pain with them. Than I put the chicken over and topped it with the marg. I covered it and baked till almost done, and than took the foil off for the last 10 mins to make the skin crispy.
It was so good!!

I adore rosemary
My favourite way of making rosemary chicken is to take a clean large zip bag and put in cut up chicken, some olive oil, some lemon juice, fresh or dried rosemary and slivers of garlic. I then marinate it in the fridge overnight and bake it at 350 F until it's golden. With some roasted potatoes (I ususally par boil them first) and then toss with a little more garlic, sea salt, olive oil and rosemary, Shabbos dinner is practically made.
