I made a gefilte fish (the frozen kind) last week. We never ate it. If it smells ok (it does) and is not dried out (it isn't) and has been the fridge all week can I serve it this Shabbos or is that dumb?

I don't think I would eat it.
I once heard you shouldn't eat fish after being 3 days in the frigde.
