My friends run a business called chocolate publishing out of Baltimore, MD but have orders come in from all over the place and ship everywhere.
http://www.chocolatepublishing.com/ is their website. They can print on business cards, lollipops, and lots of other things. If you find another company that can do it for cheaper let them know and they may be able to match their price.

We've done it at Mrs. Wosner. Came out really nice.
We put them into Mishloach Manos we sent to our customers. They know ou number by heart it's just something cute.
