Either marinate it and then bake it or just brush it on and bake. It's super easy and super delicious!

What kind of fish are you using? I don't cook my fish more than 30 minutes at the most or it'll be dry and I do it covered unless you're trying to get a blackened glaze. If you are then after 20 minutes baste it well and put it under a broiler and blacken but keep a close eye, you don't want it to get burned.

I use it on salmon and we love it. I bake it on 350, for 30 minutes, uncovered.
