I filled up by Costco near monsey this morning. There is a big sign on the machines that you don't need to be a member to buy gas, you just have to ask the attendant to swipe his card. They are out of regular today so they are selling premium for the regular price 2.659. The other gas stations in the area are selling reg for 2.859 and premium at well over 3.00.
