Balabuste's Choice Crumb Cake - anyone know it?

Does anyone have the recipe for the crumb cake from the balabuste's choice cookbook.

I just went through the book and I only see a french crumb cake. You want that recipe?

I love that cake, I used to make it almost every week when I was single and living at my parents. My father loves that cake.
Haven't made it in years. But I would love the recipe again, I used to know it by heart though.

French crumb cake

4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
3 vanilla sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 tsp, baking powder
1 Tbsp. cocoa

(it's not a french coffee crumb)

preheat oven to350 degrees.

mix first 5 ingredients. reserve 3/4 cup of crumb batter for topping. add the next 4 ingredients. pour 3/4 of batter into lined 9x12 inch baking pan. add cocoa to remaining batter and pour into baking pan. marbelize wiyh a spoon. sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. bake for one hour.
