Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you're referring to the company Vitamin Water then it's anything but healthy. They were even charged or under investigation for making false claims about their product.

Some studies say that its soy oil and canola oil and other oils like that which cause high cholesterol, that ever since the "saturated fats are bad for you" campaign, the rate of heart disease and high cholesterol is even higher.
