No, but I did get my daughter some of TCP sundresses, and I'm putting a t-shirt underneath. I guess you can also put a long sleeve T underneath.

I found more stuff at kohl's although the quality is not as good as children's place. I called children's place and the dresses are just reaching the knee this season unfortunately.

Do a search for "4t dress" at Kohls.com - a couple dresses with shrugs or sweaters, or sleeveless ones that would look beautiful with a blouse underneath. Many in the $20 range. If you buy from there, do a quick check first at http://www.retailmenot.com/view/kohls.com to see if there are any good coupons.

try children's place. they have lots of jumpers that can be worn with a t-shirt underneath or one of the shrugs they sell.

the problem is not sleeves - you can put a tshirt underneath - but length. the fashion now is for much shorter skirts.
