I would really like to do a fleishig menu. I wanted a bbq, but the place that we are doing it, has
no place outside to put a bbq. does anyone have any ideas?

what time of day? do bbq type food, just not cooked on bbq. burgers, hot dogs, chicken skewers, franks in blankets.

the plan is to do it from 2-4. th e problem is how do you keep all the food tasting fresh? like the burgers and hot dogs?

does the place your doing it in have an oven? you can make it in their oven fresh or make it in the oven at home and reheat it there. Hot dogs can be made in the oven or on the stove in a pot of water, both ways are pretty quick.
