Does anyone know the exchange rate? and where could you get a decent deal for a lot of Euros?

I'd go around checking different banks for the rates.
The current inter-bank rate is 1.3352/1.3354 (ie if you have €100 you'll get about $133), but most banks charge usually 1% less advantagous rates. Don't be fooled by "no commissions" signs--they usually end up using less favourable rates.
