In bits and pieces!
The oven, stove, and one counter will be flipped motzaei Shabbat. The sinks and the other counter will be flipped Sunday [night] after bedikat chametz. Monday I'm cooking.

Mine is done.. I have 15 for seder (8 of whom need lunch erev chag and lunch on chag) . 15 for Shabbat Chol Hamoed, and meals to be supplied Chol Hamoed. And I do not want to spend all chag in the kitchen. So I even made 2 potato kugels and strawberry icecream last night.
(actually my dd made the icecream. Noe I just need a recipe for egg yolks !)

I finished last night bc we use certain things before pesach but not on pesach so have to do alot of my cooking before

Tonight (Thursday) dh will do the oven hob and sink and then we're ready to cover and change over. Tomorrow I'll serve for shabbat in disposable, so we can have everything at the table with the challah.

chocolate mousse needs the whites too.
Lemon curd ice cream - make a lemon curd then add a whipped rich's and freeze

Sunday nite. But I've cleaned everything once already and as all drips are wiped up immediately, all it will need will be a once over, kashering the sinks, and covering with plastic/aluminum foil/changing stovetop grates, etc.

Right now. I hear DH ripping off gigantic sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil to cover the counters.He sends everyone out for the pouring boiling water/covering part.
