A worldwide Tehillim plea has been set up in the merit of Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin.
Four prominent Rabbis have signed a letter requesting to recite chapters 20, 51 and 150 at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 22 and Tuesday April 27.
On Thursday evening Rabbi Yossi Jacobson will lead an emergency conference call at 9:00 pm EST.
"We must unite in achdus to support Sholom Mordechai, and iy"H prevent the pending sentence of life imprisonment," said organizer Rabbi Nochum Kurinsky.
"Concrete actions will be presented that everyone can and should take part in."
In this call participants will be given specific directives as to what they can and should be doing to help the situation, Kurinsky says.
