4 eggs
6 st. marg. (I used 1 1/2 C oil)
1/2 C juice
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 C brown sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
4 C flour
6 C oatmeal
1 package (8 oz.) choco chips (I like the mini)

mix everything well. drop by tablespoon on a cookie sheet leaving space between each. bake on 375 for approx. 15 min. YUM!

I am the lucky first reviewer! These cookies were great. Totally satisfied my craving!!!
I did a quarter of the recipe and got about 2 dozen cookies. I baked the first batch for 15 min but it was too long, so the second batch I did for like 10-12 and it came out much softer.
Thank you for this recipe! I am definitely keeping it. Very Happy
