Anyone have recipes for baked goods that don't include sugar? I even try to avoid Splenda - any ideas? I'm fine with stuff that uses natural/organic type stuff.

agave nectar is your best bet,its expensive, but worth it.it leaves no after taste, and is a natural sweetner.google it.its amazing.I wish I could buy it all the time,I probably would lose a lot of weight w/almond meal, coconut flour and agave nectar.
when u make any baked goods,w/agave nectar,make sure u count it as the liquid.for cookies I wouldn't use it,because its a liquid.

I just read up about a sugar substitute called xylitol, its an all natural sweetener . Its made from real birch - I think you use the same amount of it as you would for regular sugar.
