Did anyone ever have that probem?
My front wheels fell off a few times. It's usually when I go down the steps (my steps curve), and the wheels bump into the railing. The wheels are very easy to put back on.
I'm just wondering if anybody else has this problem or if may not have been assembled correctly?

It happened to me when I traveled with the stroller on a plane. When I went to get it from the gate after the flight, the front wheel had popped off. Luckily my husband was with me and knew how to fix it because he had assembled it in the first place. Or I would have totally freaked out.
I have dealt with their customer service before and they are extremely nice. Maybe call them and describe it, and maybe they will replace your frame or wheels.

Yups, their cs really is awesome. I called them and they said they'll send me a pair of wheel locks. We'll see if it works.
Next q-has anybody ever washed the fabric?

I wet a washcloth & spotted it. It cleans pretty well. I wasn't in the mood to figure out how to take the fabric off. The stain came out, so it wasn't necessary. I ordered a stroller liner to keep my fabric nice longer. I hope it comes soon.
