Cheese Lukshen Kugel
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 T. vanilla sugar
1 cup milk
½ pint sour cream
12 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. farmer cheese or cottage cheese
1 cup cornflake crumbs
Sugar and cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and sour cream.
Add noodles and farmer cheese. Mix well.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with cornflake and sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

thanks for giving me an idea on what to make for supper tonight. It's in the oven now. I just threw in cream cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, and sugar and put crumbs on top. I probably put in too few eggs and it's going to fall apart, but I don't care.
