Can anyone recommend any prenatal classes in the Flatbush (preferable) or Boro Park area to prepare for a first-time labor?

Shavy Jaffe gives classes in BP that a lot of people go to. I think Yeled Vyalda has some prenatal classes too.

check out www.amothersinstinct.com. They offer classes in flatbush, bp, manhatten. they offer women only and couple classes. Its supposed to be an amazing class.
