Ok so I need help ASAP!
I made a potato kugel and it said 1hr at 425. The Kosher by Design recipe if it makes any difference.
I took it out a little while ago and it's cooling off.
I just tried a little corner piece to taste it and it's yummy but I feel like it's not hard enough, maybe not cooked enough. It seems like it's too liquidy (for lack of better word) in the middle.
Question is what can I do? Do I put it back in the oven? For how long? At what temp? Or is there nothing I can do at this point?

I would sy you could put it back for a few more minutes. Also when it cools off it gets harder.

also can depend on the potatoes u used. I have made potato kugel where I kept it in the oven forever and it was still on the very mushy side. And delicious anyway.
