Has anyone ever tried making spelt challah in a bread machine? Any recipes? Thanks!?

Yes. You definitely have to know how to set it, as it rises differently than white flour. I tried it and it flopped, but I know many people that do it and it works well for them.

Spelt needs less kneading time and less rising time than wheat, so try the quick program. I just got a bread machine, so I haven't tried it myself yet. I found this recipe for spelt bread using a quick cycle:
