My 3 year old is having a terrible time keeping his yamulke on his head. We clip it on a million times a day but it is always falling off. I would like to try a crochet or knit one or maybe one of those fancy embroidered ones. Does anyone know where I could order one online as I am not in a area with any Jewish stores.

The first time my 3.5 year old was able to keep a kippa on his head for more than 5 minutes (and he's been trying since he was two) was after I cut his hair myself, much shorter than I'd intended (maybe 1/2 inch long?). The short hair ends sticking up did the trick.

Short hair with a size 5 black kippa works. But I don't know if that's your look.
