I want to make them from scratch since I don't know where to buy them here. The spice and spirit recipe eggrolls didn't come out good at all.

Maybe the ingredients are different since I am using israeli ingredients? Everyone seems to love them but I don't like them when they are fried even for a min. they come out hard. Unless maybe I don't know what I am doing?!?!? Do you know of a good recipe for wonton wrappers? Or do I use the same recipe as for eggrolls?

Wonton wrappers are smaller eggroll wrappers. If you can get a pasta roller to roll the dough out very thin, you'll have better results.

I hope this is what you wanted
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ice water
1 egg beaten
in a large bowl combine flour and salt, add water and egg, mix with a spoon until a soft ball is formed or until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp towel and refregerate for 30 min
divide in 6 equal peices cover the dough not being worked on with damp towel. on lightly flour surface roll one peice at a time into a 14x7inch paper thin rectangle. cut and fill
