how many 9*13 of brownies do I need to make, if serving with ice cream, for dessert for 50 pple?

I would guess 25 from 1 pan, so 2.

It really depends on how big you want your pieces. Look at the pan and figure out if you were cutting, how big you would want the pieces to be. Maybe I would have 3x5, making 15 pieces? I would have to make 4 pans then.

It depends on how good your brownie recipe is.
I would make four and freeze the leftovers if there are any.

I know everyone said more, but I meant to write 20 in a pan, so that's more than 2. I don't think anybody needs such a big piece of brownie if you're also serving it with ice-cream on the plate.
