please help me out!!!!!
whenever I make meatballs the inside tastes like it aint fully cooked!!I let it cook on low for an hour or longer..what am I doing wrong???

I bake them in the oven at 350 and then add them to the sauce, or dump the sauce on top. If you're not sure if they're done, cut one in half and check it.

I cook my meatballs for an hour and a half at least usually two hours and they are fully cooked.
Do you put soaked bread in you meat? My mil does that to stretch them, I tried it once but it had an uncooked feeling to it.

What do you mean, "tastes like it aint fully cooked"? Were they still red inside? Also how do you cook--bake, pan-fry, stew in sauce? The different cooking method would result in different texture. We can probably help you better if you can give us more clues. Agree the size could be an issue, in which case you can flatten them a bit so they cook faster.
