* boil green beans till al dente. Dress with soy-tehini dressing (2 tbsp plain tehini, 1tbsp soy sauce, dilute with 2-3 tbsp OJ)
* boil green beans till al dente. In a skillet, sautee sliced red onions till wilted and nearly transparent, like 5min. Cut tomatoes in small chunks. Toss all together.
* greem beans in tomato sauce--boil green beans till al dente. In a sauce pan, heat 1 tin of tomato sauce. Add green beans and cook for 10min or so till they're soft and flavour is absorbed. You can add sliced mushrooms. Good served hot or room temp.
* green beans almandine--toss with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and toasted almond slices.
