She and her husband were driving home today when an arab threw a rock through their window. She was hit in the elbow and the shattered glass hit her face. She lost a lot of blood. She's in the hospital now.

Bella bat Clara-Chaya.

Refuah Shelaima. She should have a complete and easy recovery. Nerve damage is not a fun thing to deal with.

Bella is still in the hospital. She had surgery under general anesthesia to repair the nerve in her arm and she will have to wear a cast for some time.

All in all though it was a nes. The rock did not hit her head. The glass shards did not go into her eye.

Her husband is with her all the time and her three kids are at neighbors' houses.

Please say tehillim that she should have a speedy recovery and be home soon.

Thank you!

Why did you change your avatar?!

I am not sure where exactly. They live in Karnei Shomron but I don't know on which part of the road they were assaulted.

Bella is home! There are still some things that need to be done but she has decided to wait a while.

She is going to be okay and she has a sense of humor about everything. "I got to the hospital, covered in blood from the shattered glass, and the Arab doctor takes one look at me and says, 'Oh, I can see what happened to you. But don't worry, you're in good hands here. I'm Dr. Jihad.' Instead of fainting, I burst out laughing."

She thanks everyone for their prayers.

Oh gosh! I missed this one.
I'm glad to hear she's on the mend and that she's got a sense of humor. My kind of gal.
May she have a complete and speedy recovery!
