I got mine from imamother.
its really delicious but the dressing seems to be missing a tiny bit of something.
I know some recipes have sugar and this one doesnt so maybe thats all it is

This recipe makes a ton!!!
1 package of imitation crab
5 nori sheets
4 avocados
1/2 English cucumber
2 cups cal rose rice( uncooked)
Dressing:
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 c sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons oil
Salt
Pepper
You have to let rice cool before mixing it all together

best recipe and people love it!! this one will do the trick.
2 CUPS COOKED SUSHI RICE (Follow instructions on Sushi Rice container)
TRANSFER RICE INTO GLASS BOWL
HEAT:
1/3 CUP RICE VINEGAR
1/3 CUP SUGAR
3 TSP SALT
ADD TO RICE IN GLASS BOWL
DRESSING:
6 TBSP SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP MAYO
2 TSP WASABI POWDER
LAYER IN GLASS BOWL THE FOLLOWING:
RICE
NORI
SHREDDED CARROTS- ABOUT 3
SHREDDED CUCUMBER- 1 HOUTHOUSE ( THE LONG THIN ONE)
AVOCODO-2
LAYER TWICE AND THEN DRIZZLE DRESSING ON TOP

does the dressing drizzle down to the bottom level - or just stays on the top layer?

It generally seeps down, but you're going to want to mix it anyways... enjoy!
