I am making kebabs with chicken and veggies, on the grill. What sides will go with them? I guess some kind of starch, what else? Preferably things that are easily eaten on a plate on your lap, since we'll probably end up outside...thanks!

rinse sweet potatoes and cut off the ends. microwave until done but not too soft (5-6 minutes for 3 or 4). when done, quarter the long way so they are like spears. sprinkle with a drop of salt and/or onion powder and grill a few minutes. easy to eat finger food. enjoy.
