Hi. I have two main kokosh-making questions:

What am I doing wrong that I can correct? The sugar/cinnamon or sugar/cocoa mix that oozes out of the dough burns. It smells up the home. Worse is that it gets smokey sometimes!

How do you keep the filling in while you roll up the dough?
