amazon.com or ebay.com though they might be second hand but I think you could have an option of getting brand new too.

PJ library sends FREE jewish books and also CDs to whoever applies. They send to certain communities in the US though, but you can always check if they'll send to you: www.pjlibrary.org
Just a note of warning: I haven't received anything inappropriate, but I have noticed some of the stories are sort of... I guess on the conservative side of religion (as in, reform, conservative, orthodox, not conservative as in observant) and will be about "the sabbath" but so what? I just read it Shabbos.
I love it. They send you a free book or CD based on your childs age once a month.

You can get used books on amazon.com for a penny each (plus shipping, which ends up being 4 or 5 dollars a book), in excellent condition, like new.
