Do you blend or take out the red pepper? If you take it out, are any of the things you sauté cut up at all?

So the red pepper is cut in half and the rest of the vegetables diced and everything sautéd together or everything cut in half and sautéd together? Sorry for so many questions. I just want to get it right.

well I dice up the red pepper too, to add a nice color,
after it finished cooking, I immerse the hand blender stick into pot and go around for few seconds, it choppes up the sauche really nice, then ill divide it into small foil bekelech, freeze, when I warm it up, I mix in 1/2 cup cold water 1 tb. corn starch and add it as it boiles.
(just dont freeze it with the corn starch)
