My friend has brussel sprouts (Bodek) instead of brocolli. What can she do with them?

I love brussel sprouts.
My favorite is to roast them in the pan with chicken.
You can also roast them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Or steam them with a little water. Whatever you do, don't overcook them.
But for the next question, WHERE DID SHE GET THEM???

I roast them at 400 degrees with olive oil, salt, & freshly ground pepper. Yum!!!! I've always used fresh brussel sprouts, but I imagine this would be good with frozen ones as well.

I LOVE brussels sprouts, was so sad when they joined the list of veggies/fruit that were "ossured," and was so happy when Bodek came out with them. However, they are VERY expensive, like the Bodek asparagus, so they're a rare treat around here....

I make this too!!! I cut them in half so that the middle gets all mushy and I use sesame oil, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Roast until they're ALMOST burnt.
