I like to use the Kosher Palette challa recipe- have you ever tried it with whole wheat flour?
What were the results?

I've done it, but not full w.w., just 60/40, I think. Also with white whole wheat, but I don't remember how they came out.
The ww 60/40 came out great.

From my personal experience, I found that interchanging whole wheat, whole spelt vs white of either didn't make a HUGE difference, even if the spelt dough is a bit different for example.
