My ds is at the stage and has been for awhile to do the opposite. After his bath today, my dh asked him, my ds, if he should put on his diaper. He said, no mommy. I told my dh that if I asked him he would have said, no aba. My dh said from now on he'll always ask him if he wants him, my dh, to do xyz for him. That way he won't have to do anything . Yeah, it doesn't work that way.

My husband is like that too
If we're at the stage where the kid will answer the last option, he'll ask "Who should change your diaper? Abba or Mommy?" "Mommy, ___ wants you to change them."
(I'm not complaining at all. B"H he does his fair share )
