I am leaving slice kishka (slices are tightly packed and brand is Meal Mart if that matters) in the oven at 200 degrees overnight for Shabbos lunch. I've done this before and it comes out okay. I've experimented a little with adding water before, etc.
I'd like to know if anyone does this and what is the optimal method for it to come out best.
I was thinking of putting the foil pan it's in into another pan of hot water and then in the oven.
What do you think?
Thanks.
