Hotel in tri state area

We are looking for a hotel in the tri state area to do a shabbaton obviously on a tight budget and need the ability to bring in our own food.

We would be open to our own wing of a place or a smallish place we are approx 100 people (families of all ages).

Please post if you have any suggestions.
