How should I clean these toys? I want to use soap or a cleaner that's strong enough to eliminate germs, but I don't want there to be any residue that's dangerous for a baby... Suggestions? Thanks.

What about regular baby soap and vinegar?

Baby soap like Johnson's baby wash? And what's with vinegar?

If it's something that can be rinsed off, then regular dish soap. (Baby eats of washed dishes, right?)
Otherwise, vinegar.

Honestly, you still wash baby toys? I stopped doing that when my first started putting fistfuls of dirt in his mouth.

If you have toys that need a good disinfecting, so clean them in something more powerful (eg, dettol) , then wash that chemical off with dish washing soap.
