My mother-in-law buys boneless, skinned and cubed salmon chunks, sticks them onto a skewer and bakes it with Mikee's sesame teriyaki sauce. She serves it on a bed of lettuce.

How long she bakes it for? I don't know exactly, but not too long. For yomtov, I once cooked it on a hot plate and it was done in about 15 minutes.

I strongly recommend you first cut salmon into bite-size chunks, then pour sauce over and marinate in a ziplock bag. That way fish can absorb more flavour. Then you put pieces in skewers, and broil for 8 minutes or so.
