I'm looking to make Gezpacho for shabbos lunch any ideas?

This will come too late for you, but here's my recipe:

4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
2 cloves garlic

Chop in food processor, add 1 can tomato juice, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate a few hours. Serve with finely diced cucumbers, peppers and/or croutons.

I think gazpacho is a universal name for cold cream soups, like cold tomato, I also hear of cucumber.
