does anyone have a good carrot muffin recipe that uses fresh carrots, not jarred? thanks!

This is for a 9x13 kugel but you can use it for muffins too not sure about how many muffins this will make though
2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 1/2 cups shredded carrots
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add rest and bake for one hour at 325 degrees F.
