Looking for light dinners

We're realizing we're too old to be eating heavy meals for dinner late at night - the late part isn't going to change but any ideas for lighter meals would be most appreciated!

Hmm...not sure of your definition of light but I'll give it a go.

Quiche with salad
Oven baked breaded plaice with salad and jacket potato
Roasted vegetable salad
Soup with bagels
Quick fry salmon with salad
Stir fry (veg or chicken)
Taglaitelle with spring vegetables

scrambled eggs, omlettes or frittatas (with toast or not)
protein salads like salad with salmon cubes, chicken strips, hard egg wedges, feta cheese, canned black beans, etc.

Hearty soup with nice crusty bread
Sushi salad with salmon (make sushi rice and serve over veggies and stir fried mushrooms)
Wraps-either grilled chicken with stir fried veggies or tuna caesar, or just veggies with feta/other cheese
Grilled cheese with tomato soup
Salad nicoise
Eggs
Shakshuka
